Pursuing a future beyond imagination.
We want a future people look forward to living in. Art, design, engineering, and technology belong together in that future. What we build should inspire people just as much as it actually improves their lives (hopefully to a significant extent). Letting your imagination run free unleashes possibilities that seem like impossible magic to others.
We focus primarily on five fields that are critical to humanity's prosperity beyond borders. We apply AI for the benefit of every individual, design infrastructure with beauty and function in mind, and advance longevity research toward a world free of aging, disease, and medical complications. Space exploration secures our future beyond Earth; international relations fosters meaningful cooperation across nations.
Profit is not the point. Revenue keeps a company alive and its work moving, and that is the only job we give it. What matters is whether human life actually gets better and whether our species lasts, and no bank balance answers that. Today nearly everything a person needs carries a price, so most people spend their lives earning a living instead of doing the work they would choose. Technology can make those things cheap enough that no one has to choose a paycheck over the work they care about. But if our institutions continue tying access to life's necessities to employment, people will still be forced to spend their lives doing work that technology has made unnecessary. The ethics and structures of those institutions must advance alongside our capabilities, so greater abundance becomes greater human freedom. We are building towards a world where that abundance reaches everyone, shifting more of what it means to be rich away from what you own and toward being the best at what you do.

An explanation of what “agentic” programs actually do, and how Auric is using that approach in CoResearch.
Auric is a holding company organized to turn mind-bending ambitious ideas into operational entities. Our fields showcase our direction.
We aim to move with urgency and build for the long term, bringing research, design, and engineering together around important problems. The journal is where we share work and decisions when they are ready to be made public.
The public list is a fraction of our efforts. Infrastructure for entire companies, along with prototypes and research programs, stays private under Auric until it earns a name. Plenty never will.
If you are working in research, design, or technology and share this ambition, write to us. We welcome conversations about partnerships and work that could help bring this future closer.
